Admissions and athletics
A high school coach can tell you they would like the athlete in the program. Only the school’s admissions office decides who is admitted, and financial aid, where a school offers it, is a separate decision again. Public, Catholic and independent schools each run their own process. We help you understand which is which, so interest from a coach is never mistaken for an offer.
Thinking about changing schools? A transfer can affect when an athlete is eligible to play varsity under league rules. Ask the school and the league before you decide; we will help you know what to ask.
We measure where the athlete stands today and listen to what your family wants from a high school: academics, baseball, location and culture.
A realistic target list, and one calendar of the visits, exams, applications and tryouts that apply to each school.
Video and performance information ready for coaches, and guidance on reaching coaches and admissions staff.
When decisions arrive, we compare the options with you side by side and agree on the next step.
The first call is 15 minutes with EP4’s recruiting coordinator. A parent and the athlete on the same call is best, but either one is fine.
Your family works with EP4’s coaching staff and recruiting coordinator, and the athlete is measured on the same TrackMan and HitTrax setup EP4 athletes train on every week. You get people who know the athlete, not a directory of schools.
Meet the coachesWe go over it on the call, once we know the athlete’s grade, the schools you are considering and what you actually need.
No. Admission is always the school’s decision, and nobody honest can promise it. We help you build a realistic list, prepare the athlete’s profile and understand every step. You are in charge of your future, it all depends on the hard work you put in.
No. A coach can tell you they are interested. Admissions decides who is admitted, and aid is a separate decision. We help you keep the two apart.
Seventh grade, or early in eighth, is ideal: open houses, entrance exams and applications for many schools fall in the fall of eighth grade. If you are later than that, book the call anyway and we will look at what is still open.
Yes. We look at why a change might help, what the athlete would gain or give up, and what to ask about varsity eligibility before you decide.
No. The first call needs a name, a grade and your questions. Report cards and test scores can come later, if you decide to work with us.
Admissions, roster spots and scholarships are never guaranteed, by us or by anyone honest. What you get is honest feedback, a plan your family understands, and people in your corner. You are in charge of your future, it all depends on the hard work you put in.

Most college baseball is played outside Division I, and a lot of great careers and degrees happen there. Athletic aid is different at each level, so the right list starts with knowing how each one works.
Whether aid is offered, and how much, is always the school’s decision.
We measure where the athlete stands today, athletically and academically, and tell you honestly which levels look realistic.
A target school list across the right levels, the showcases worth attending, and a timeline built around the grad year.
Video and verified metrics packaged the way coaches want them, then outreach to the programs on the list.
We review progress with your family, track which coaches respond, and adjust the list and the plan as the athlete grows.

Every card is an EP4 athlete, the college they committed to or the level they reached, and the numbers we measured along the way. The commitment is the athlete’s; the training behind it happened here. Ask us about any of them on the call.

We go over it on the call, after we know the athlete’s grad year, level and what they actually need. Nobody gets a number before we know what is behind it.
No. Nobody honest can. What we control is the work: the evaluation, the list, the video, the outreach and the follow-up. You are in charge of your future, it all depends on the hard work you put in.
Yes. Division II, Division III, NAIA and junior college programs are where most college baseball is played. Finding the right fit is the whole job.
Both. Pitchers are measured on TrackMan; hitters and fielders on HitTrax, radar and lasers. The video, the list and the outreach are built around the athlete’s position.
Earlier is easier. Freshman or sophomore year gives time to build the numbers and the list. A junior or senior can still find the right fit, so book the call and we will tell you honestly what the timeline allows.
Nothing. No transcripts, no forms. If you have a GPA, a position and any measured numbers, have them handy. If you do not, that is exactly what the evaluation is for.
