Developed at Elite Per4mance
Develop the player. Raise the standard.
Elite Per4mance exists to develop baseball players the right way — through elite instruction, real accountability, and the same technology the pros train with. We’re not a drop-in cage. We’re a development program built for athletes who are serious about reaching the next level.
Every athlete who walks in gets measured, not guessed at. We use HitTrax, TrackMan, and Blast Motion to turn swings and pitches into data, then build a plan around what that data says. The work is hard, the feedback is honest, and the standard is the same for everyone.
We develop the whole athlete — physically, mentally, and competitively — because the players who reach the next level are the disciplined ones who show up, compete, and own their progress. That’s the environment we’ve built, and it’s the only one we run.
The Tech
Every athlete is measured with the same systems used at the professional level:
Earned not given.
A system, not a guess.
01
Elite Instruction
Coached by former professional players who’ve competed at the highest levels — and know how to teach what got them there.
02
Data-Driven
HitTrax, TrackMan & Blast Motion measure every rep, so development is built on facts, not feel.
03
Accountability
Honest feedback and clear standards. Athletes own their work and track every rep in the member portal.
04
The Whole Athlete
Physical, mental, and competitive growth — developed to hold up when the lights come on.
Coached by people who’ve been there.

Mariel Checo
Pitching & Velocity
Mariel Checo signed with the New York Yankees and pitched 11 professional seasons, running his fastball up to 102 mph. The 2009 NYC Player of the Year and a Yankees organizational All-Star, he specializes in building arm strength and velocity with EP4’s pitchers.

Brad Case
Pitching Coach
Brad Case pitched seven professional seasons up to Triple-A after the Pittsburgh Pirates drafted him out of Rollins College. Rated the best control in the Pirates system by Baseball America, he has trained at the country’s top facilities (Cressey, Tread) and brings that pitching-design knowledge to EP4.

Roldani Baldwin
Catching & Hitting
Roldani Baldwin is a 10-year professional and 2020 Olympian who signed internationally with the Boston Red Sox. A two-time All-Star behind the plate, he coaches catchers and hitters at EP4 with a pro framework built over a decade in affiliated baseball.

Stephen Alemais
Infield & Defense
Stephen Alemais was a 3rd-round pick of the Pittsburgh Pirates out of Tulane and reached Triple-A across seven pro seasons. A Minor League Gold Glove winner and the 2018 Eastern League Defensive Player of the Year, he was the #1 ranked player in New York out of high school. He coaches elite infield defense and athleticism at EP4.

Nestor Bautista
Pitching & Performance
Nestor Bautista spent five seasons in the Miami Marlins organization and is a 2015 NY-Penn League All-Star out of Ball State. A trained physical therapist, he blends pitching instruction with arm care and performance — keeping EP4 athletes healthy as they build velocity.

Melvin Garcia
Hitting & Player Development
Melvin Garcia signed with the Toronto Blue Jays out of James Monroe High School and reached Class A with the Vancouver Canadians. A 21st-round pick with four years of pro experience, he now brings eight years of coaching to EP4 — sharpening hitters and helping young players understand the game at a higher level.

Julian Hunt
Hitting & Development
Julian Hunt played six seasons of independent professional baseball and has spent six years training athletes. A Peru State College product, he brings a hitter’s eye and a development-first approach to every athlete he works with at EP4.

Francisco Gracesqui
Founder
Francisco Gracesqui is the founder of Elite Per4mance. A Toronto Blue Jays draft pick out of Sullivan County Community College, he spent 10 years in pro ball — touching 98 mph and earning 2014 Northwest League All-Star honors — before turning his focus to developing the next generation. He built EP4 on one standard: meet every athlete with elite instruction, hold them accountable, and give them the data and environment to reach their ceiling. Eight years into coaching, that standard hasn’t moved.
