Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when booking or creating an account, and keep your login private. We train youth athletes: a parent or legal guardian must create the account, provide consent, and manage bookings for any athlete under 18.

Session, membership, camp, and class prices are shown at booking and charged through our payment processor. Reschedules and cancellations follow the posted policy — currently, sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance by contacting the front desk at (917) 804-8403. Memberships renew automatically until canceled.

Training involves physical activity. Every athlete (or their parent/guardian) must sign our Liability Waiver & Policies before participating, and follow staff instructions and posted facility rules at all times.

The member portal and website are for managing your own athlete’s training. You may not attempt to access other members’ information, disrupt or probe our systems, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Training programs, drills, videos, evaluations, and reports we provide are for your athlete’s personal development and may not be resold or redistributed commercially without our written permission.

We coach hard and we track everything, but athletic development depends on many factors. We make no guarantee of specific results, playing time, recruiting outcomes, or scholarships. Nothing we provide is medical advice — consult a physician for any injury or health concern.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EP4’s total liability arising out of these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the terms of the signed waiver.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version; continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
