We collect information you provide when you book a session, create an account, or sign our waiver: name, the athlete’s name, email address, mobile phone number, and basic details needed to schedule and run training (e.g. date of birth or position). We also keep records of your bookings and payments.

We use your information to schedule and confirm sessions, send booking confirmations, reminders and schedule changes, process payments, communicate with you about your athlete’s training, and operate and improve our services.

When you provide your mobile number while booking or creating an account, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Elite Per4mance — such as booking confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes. Coaches and staff likewise consent to booking notifications as part of their role.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance or contact us at [email protected].

We do not sell your information, and no mobile information (including phone numbers) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is never shared with third parties.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our payment processor (Stripe) and our messaging provider (Twilio) — and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information.

We train youth athletes, so a parent or legal guardian provides and consents to the information for any athlete under 18. We use that information solely to deliver training services and communicate with the parent/guardian.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements.

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
