A program, not just a team.
Development first
Winning is a byproduct. Every player trains on the same data-driven system as our private athletes, tracked all season.
A strict practice curriculum
Fundamentals, bunt defense, base running and PFP at every team practice, so players learn to play the game the right way.
One place, age 7 to pro
Hitting, pitching, strength and speed, travel and college recruiting under one roof. No more driving between boroughs.
At EP4, travel baseball is about more than winning games. Our program is built on discipline, accountability, teamwork, development, and respect for the game. Every athlete receives structured coaching, clear expectations, and a development plan designed to improve their skills, baseball IQ, strength, and confidence.
Our goal is to prepare players to compete at the highest level they are capable of reaching. We want every athlete to leave our program fundamentally sound, mentally tough, physically prepared, and ready for the next step in their baseball journey.
Our goal is a college roster spot.
Fewer than 1 in 10 high school baseball players go on to play in the NCAA. Our goal is a college roster spot for every EP4 athlete by 17 or 18. Here is where our athletes have gone so far.
