SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Elite Per4mance (“EP4,” “we,” “us”) text-message (SMS) program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Elite Per4mance sends transactional and customer-care text messages to clients (parents/guardians and athletes) and to staff/coaches — including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, account notifications, and replies to questions you send us.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box when you book a session, create an account, or sign up on our website, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and bookings.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opt out & help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will stop sending texts. For help, text HELP or email [email protected].

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell your information, and no mobile information (including phone numbers) is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
