Getting started
Which login and hub should my family use?Watch a 46-second video
login
Follow these steps
- 1Parents use Member login with the family email. An invited athlete uses Member login with their own email and password, or the family email and their PIN.
- 2Athletes with a coach roster portal account use Athlete portal with the athlete email. In Family Hub, choose the athlete whose information you want.
- 3Open Book a Session or Account & Billing for reservations, credits, cards, and household access.
- 4Open Workouts, KPIs & Path, Meals & Weight, or Messages for the selected athlete. Athlete logins show training without family billing.
If that does not work
If an athlete cannot sign in, ask the parent to check their invite in Account & Billing. Contact the front desk at (917) 804-8403 or [email protected] with the athlete name and the task you were trying to complete.
How do I get back into my account?Watch a 38-second video
login
Follow these steps
- 1On Member login, enter the account email and password, or select Email me a sign-in code.
- 2For a forgotten password, select Forgot your password?, enter that login email, and select Send reset link.
- 3Open the reset email and set a new password. Coach roster Athlete portal has its own Forgot password? flow.
- 4If the message does not arrive, check the address and spam folder. A parent can resend an athlete invite from Account & Billing.
If that does not work
A reset request does not confirm that an account exists for that email. Contact the front desk at (917) 804-8403 or [email protected] with the athlete name and the task you were trying to complete.
How do I switch between athletes?Watch a 32-second video
athletes
Follow these steps
- 1Sign in to the Family Hub.
- 2If more than one athlete is linked, tap the athlete name chip at the top of the hub.
- 3Check that the selected name is highlighted before opening Workouts or KPIs & Path.
- 4Repeat the selection when viewing another athlete. Their plans, readings, and history are separate.
If that does not work
The switcher appears only when more than one athlete is linked. Check Athletes on my account or contact the front desk if someone is missing.
How do I add an athlete and give them a login?Watch a 38-second video
athletes
Follow these steps
- 1In Family Hub, open Account & Billing and find Athletes on my account.
- 2Use + Add an athlete and complete the athlete details. Keep everyone in the same household account.
- 3In the athlete access section, choose + Invite athlete, enter the athlete email, and select Send invite.
- 4The athlete sets a password from the invite, then uses Member login. Check for Login active. A young athlete can use Kid-mode PIN.
If that does not work
If the athlete already belongs to another account or the invite fails, contact the front desk before creating another account.
Why is my athlete’s training hub locked?Watch a 36-second video
hub access
Follow these steps
- 1Select the correct athlete in Family Hub and read the message on the locked tile.
- 2Open Account & Billing to check the membership status, billing notice, and athlete on the account.
- 3If onboarding is offered, follow the hub setup link to connect the athlete profile.
- 4If setup fails or training access is absent, contact the front desk with the account and athlete. Booking and Account & Billing remain available.
If that does not work
An active package may allow metrics without workout access. Staff can confirm the correct entitlement and athlete link.
How do I check in at the front desk?Watch a 33-second video
member card check in
Follow these steps
- 1Open Account & Billing on the family account.
- 2Find Your Member Card and the QR code with the member ID.
- 3Show the card at the front desk for staff to scan when you arrive.

If that does not work
The weekly athlete wellness check-in in the training portal is a separate form.

How do I see my athlete’s KPIs and progress?Watch a 35-second video
kpi progress metrics
Follow these steps
- 1In Family Hub, select the athlete and open KPIs & Path.
- 2Find a measurement and read its unit and date before comparing it with earlier readings.
- 3Open available history or progress reports to see how readings have changed. Benchmarks describe the displayed age band, not a guarantee.
- 4If there are no readings, confirm the athlete and ask the coach when their first measurement will be available.
If that does not work
A pending coach review can keep metrics locked. Contact the front desk at (917) 804-8403 or [email protected] with the athlete name and the task you were trying to complete.
How does an athlete log metrics?Watch a 38-second video
log metrics
Follow these steps
- 1Sign in to the athlete portal and open KPIs & Path, then find Monday + Friday metrics.
- 2Select the actual measurement date and enter only readings measured on that date in the displayed units.
- 3For a required metric you did not measure, select Not measured on this date. Use Other measurements for optional readings.
- 4Select Save metrics and check the Logged readings message and Your readings history. Ask your coach to correct a saved reading.
If that does not work
If the page says Pending coach review, the coach must approve the athlete before metrics unlock.
How do I find and complete today’s workout?Watch a 40-second video
workouts
Follow these steps
- 1Open Workouts in the athlete portal and choose Today. Other dates are previews.
- 2Choose the assigned workout and select Start workout. Read the exercise instructions and demonstration when one is available.
- 3Enter what you actually did for each set and select Complete set. Finish each exercise or use the supported skip option when needed.
- 4Select Finish and check the workout summary. If saving fails, use the retry shown in the workout rather than starting another session.
If that does not work
If no workout is assigned, check the selected athlete and day, then ask the coach. Workout access also depends on the athlete’s plan.
How do I resume an unfinished workout?Watch a 35-second video
workouts
Follow these steps
- 1Return to Workouts and choose Today.
- 2Open the unfinished workout. The guided player resumes at the saved exercise when available.
- 3Check which sets already show as complete, then continue logging the remaining actual results.
- 4Select Finish and confirm the workout summary. Saved sets remain if the final submission needs a retry.
If that does not work
If earlier work is missing, stop before repeating it and message the coach with the workout name and date.
How do I message my athlete’s coach?Watch a 36-second video
coach messages
Follow these steps
- 1Select the athlete in Family Hub and open Messages.
- 2Read the existing conversation and the coach name when shown.
- 3Write the training question, add an attachment only if useful, and select Send.
- 4Check that the new message appears in the thread. Return to Messages for the reply. Call the front desk for urgent schedule changes.
If that does not work
If Send fails or there is no coach conversation yet, retry once or contact the front desk. A scheduling request is pending until staff confirms it.
Where do I see an evaluation and next steps?Watch a 34-second video
evaluation
Follow these steps
- 1Select the athlete in Family Hub and open KPIs & Path.
- 2Look for available evaluation results or a shared Progress report and read the measurement date.
- 3Compare the measured baseline with later readings when available; ask the coach how it connects to the athlete’s plan.
- 4Open Workouts for assigned training, or message the coach if the next step is unclear.
If that does not work
If a report is not shared yet, contact the coach or front desk with the evaluation date. Do not treat an empty dashboard as a completed report.
How do I log a meal and review nutrition history?Watch a 33-second video
meals weight
Follow these steps
- 1Open Meals & Weight from the athlete training hub.
- 2In Log a meal, add a meal photo and the available meal details, then review the estimate.
- 3Select Save meal, or Save photo for review when no estimate is available.
- 4Use Choose a day to view earlier meals and their status. Log bodyweight in the metrics flow when your coach asks for a reading.
If that does not work
A meal marked Needs estimate has an incomplete calorie total. Ask the coach if an entry or weight reading needs correction.
Account and billing
How do I add or change my family card?Watch a 35-second video
card billing
Follow these steps
- 1Open Family Hub, then Account & Billing.
- 2Under Billing & payment methods, select Add / update card or Set up payment method.
- 3Enter the card in the secure Payment method form and select Save card.
- 4Check the Card on file confirmation. Saving a card does not by itself resolve an outstanding balance or activate an existing membership.
If that does not work
If the card saves but is not set as the default, contact the front desk. Do not enter card details in a message.
How do I activate billing on an existing membership?Watch a 40-second video
billing activation
Follow these steps
- 1Open Account & Billing and find the existing membership under My memberships.
- 2If shown, select Add card & activate or Activate billing. Review the displayed amount and membership terms.
- 3Complete any required waiver, policy, and commitment agreement before continuing to the card checkout.
- 4Finish the secure activation flow and refresh Account & Billing to confirm the membership status. Do not buy a second membership to fix an existing one.
If that does not work
If Booking paused or payment due remains after activation, contact the front desk with the membership name. Card setup alone may not clear the balance.
Where are my receipts and purchase history?Watch a 35-second video
receipts invoices
Follow these steps
- 1Open Account & Billing and scroll to Purchase history for service, date, amount, and status.
- 2Under Billing & payment methods, select Receipts & invoices when available.
- 3Use the secure billing portal to locate the relevant receipt or invoice.
- 4For a charge you do not recognize, contact the front desk with the date and amount. Do not send card numbers.
If that does not work
Receipts & invoices appears when a Stripe customer record is linked. If it is missing or cannot open, contact the front desk.
Where do I see credits and expiration?Watch a 39-second video
credits expiration
Follow these steps
- 1Open Account & Billing and find My memberships.
- 2Read the credit count, covered services, plan status, and the displayed renewal or credit expiration date.
- 3When booking, select the same eligible athlete and covered service; check the credit offered before completing checkout.
- 4If a credit is absent or the checkout total is unexpected, stop before paying and ask the front desk to check the plan, athlete, and expiration.
If that does not work
Monthly membership credits do not roll over. Package terms and expiration are shown before purchase.
How do I review or change my membership?Watch a 40-second video
membership renewal cancellation
Follow these steps
- 1Open Account & Billing and find the plan under My memberships.
- 2Read the status, credits, and displayed auto-renewal, next charge, or end date.
- 3If Cancel membership is available, read its confirmation and plan terms before submitting. The resulting status or end date appears on the membership row.
- 4For a pause, plan change, early commitment end, or any unclear charge, contact the front desk. A request is pending until staff confirms it.
If that does not work
Do not buy a replacement plan to change an existing one. A card update does not change the membership agreement.
Bookings and support
How do I change a class time?Watch a 35-second video
class change time reschedule
Follow these steps
- 1Open the booked class in Book a Session and choose the same athlete.
- 2Choose its booked date. In Review bookings for that athlete, select Change time when shown.
- 3Pick an available time for the same class. The app moves the existing booking without another payment or credit.
- 4Check Booking time changed! and the new session details. If Change time is absent or an error appears, contact the front desk.
If that does not work
Change time appears only for eligible class bookings. A parent must make the change; staff can help when the option is absent.
How do I change or cancel a lesson or class?
reschedule cancellation
Follow these steps
- 1Open Account & Billing, find the lesson, rental or Prospect Program class under Upcoming sessions and tap Change or cancel. Or ask the chat to move or cancel it.
- 2To move it, tap Change time, pick a new open time (same coach for a lesson, another date of the same class for a class) and tap Move.
- 3To cancel, tap Cancel. It shows what comes back first: a credit returns as a credit; money paid goes to your EP4 wallet, not back to the card.
- 4Changes work online only more than 24 hours before the session. Inside that window, call the front desk at (917) 804-8403 or tap Talk to a person in the chat.
If that does not work
Change or cancel does not appear for past sessions or unpaid holds. Inside 24 hours, the front desk makes the change.
What if I cannot find my booking confirmation or a time?Watch a 37-second video
booking confirmation availability
Follow these steps
- 1After checkout, wait for the booking success state and check the confirmation email.
- 2Open Account & Billing and look for the reservation under Upcoming sessions.
- 3If checkout was left unfinished, the time hold can expire. Return to the booking page and check current availability before trying again.
- 4If payment is complete but the booking is missing, give the front desk the service, athlete, date, and payment reference. Wait before buying again.
If that does not work
A held slot is not a confirmed booking. Camps and Prospect Program places are confirmed only after enrollment succeeds.
How do I sign or check the waiver?Watch a 34-second video
waiver agreements
Follow these steps
- 1Open Account & Billing and find Liability waiver & policies.
- 2If Action required appears, open it, read the current documents, and complete the signature prompts.
- 3Return to Account & Billing and check for Signed, the date, and the covered participants.
- 4If a booking still asks for a waiver, verify the correct athlete and ask the front desk to check the record before signing again.
If that does not work
The policy page is for reading terms. The account status shows whether the current waiver is on file.
How do I use a camp pass for individual days?Watch a 37-second video
camp pass credits
Follow these steps
- 1Open the camp page and review whether the offer is a full series, weekly option, or pass with day credits.
- 2Buy the correct pass for the athlete and check the purchase confirmation.
- 3Return to that camp page to redeem any unused pass credits for available days.
- 4Check the confirmed dates in the enrollment and Account & Billing. Buying a pass alone may leave days to reserve.
If that does not work
If no credit appears, check the athlete, camp, available days, and pass terms before paying again.

- 4Complete only the action shown for that athlete. Confirm the status in My Travel Team or ask staff if a submitted step remains pending.

travel card payments
Follow these steps
- 1In Family Hub, select the travel athlete and open My Travel Team.

- 4Check the saved-card confirmation. Travel card setup is separate from Account & Billing. An overdue payment may need a separate action.
If that does not work
If Payments says a payment is past due after the card saves, contact the front desk or review the payment action shown. Do not submit a duplicate payment.

- 4A held spot has an expiration time. Follow the team page instructions and verify the team status after any payment or waiver step.
If that does not work
If registration is closed or your team does not appear, contact the front desk before submitting another registration.
Prospect Program
What is the Prospect Program?
Prospect Program
A structured player-development program with hitting, pitching, strength, mobility, and performance tracking built around what each athlete needs.
See Prospect Program optionsIs it just lessons?
Prospect Program
No. It is a full development system, not isolated lessons. Athletes train on a plan, and every rep and metric is tracked in the member portal.
How is the training decided?
Prospect Program
EP4 evaluates the athlete first, then builds a development plan based on their needs, using the same assess → plan → train → track system used across the facility.

How do EP4 memberships work?
Memberships
A membership is a monthly training commitment. Each month includes a set of session credits so athletes train on a consistent schedule; your credits refill at the start of each new membership period, and members get member pricing on eligible services.
View membershipsDo unused monthly sessions roll over?
Memberships
No. Unused monthly membership sessions expire at the end of the applicable membership period and do not roll over into the next period. You acknowledge this policy before purchase, and your credits refill when the new period starts.
Does my membership renew automatically?
membership renewal cancellation
Recurring memberships renew each period under the plan terms. Open Account & Billing to review the displayed next charge or end date. If Cancel membership is available, read its confirmation before submitting. For a pause, plan change, or commitment question, contact the front desk at (917) 804-8403 or [email protected].
Follow these steps
- 1Open Account & Billing and find My memberships.
- 2Read the plan status, renewal or end date, and any commitment terms.
- 3If Cancel membership is available, read its confirmation before submitting.
- 4Contact the front desk for a pause, plan change, or commitment question.
If that does not work
A request to staff is pending until they confirm the change.
What are the 6-month and 12-month agreements?
Memberships
Commitment plans run for 6 or 12 months at a discounted monthly rate compared to month-to-month. You sign the membership agreement before checkout. It covers the commitment length and the early-termination amount, which is calculated from the standard month-to-month rate. A copy of the signed agreement is emailed to you.
When does my membership start after I buy it?
Memberships
Immediately. Your membership activates and your session credits load as soon as payment completes, so you can book sessions right away from your account.
Private Lessons
What are private lessons?
Private Lessons
1-on-1 coaching for hitting, pitching, and fielding with EP4’s pro-experienced staff. Book a time online and lock in your session with secure checkout.
Book a private lessonDo you offer group lessons?

View packagesHitting / Pitching / Strength Training
What technology does EP4 train with?
Hitting / Pitching / Strength Training
HitTrax, TrackMan, iPitch, and Blast Motion. Every swing and pitch becomes data you can track, so development is measured, not guessed.
Is strength training part of development?
Hitting / Pitching / Strength Training
Yes. EP4 runs specialized sports-performance training built to help athletes move better, get stronger, and stay healthy. Hitting, pitching, and strength under one roof, with arm care and workload management built into pitching and performance plans.
How does development work at EP4?
Hitting / Pitching / Strength Training
Four steps: Assess (we measure where the athlete is today), Plan (a development plan built around that athlete), Train (elite coaching, every session intentional), Track (every metric logged in the member portal so progress is visible to the athlete, the parent, and the coach).
Do you guarantee results or recruiting outcomes?
Hitting / Pitching / Strength Training
No. We coach hard and we track everything, but athletic development depends on many factors. EP4 makes no guarantee of specific results, playing time, recruiting outcomes, or scholarships. Nothing we provide is medical advice.
Camps & Clinics
What camps does EP4 run?
Camps & Clinics
Youth camps, catching camps, and fielding camps, bookable online. Current camps and dates are always on the booking page.
See camps & clinicsDo I have to buy the whole camp?
Camps & Clinics
Camps are sold the way each camp is configured: full series, weekly, 4-week, or drop-in days. The options and prices for each camp are on that camp’s page.
How do I know my camper is enrolled?
Camps & Clinics
Enrollment is confirmed automatically by email as soon as payment completes, including the camp details. Drop-in credits let you pick your day from the camp page after purchase.

How do I book a session?
booking
Open the booking page, choose a category and service, then select an available time or enrollment option. Choose the athlete, complete any required details and terms, and review the total or eligible credit. Finish checkout or credit redemption and wait for the booking success state before treating it as confirmed.
Follow these steps
- 1Open the booking page and choose a category and service.
- 2Select an available time or enrollment option and the athlete attending.
- 3Complete required details and terms, then review the total or eligible credit.
- 4Finish checkout or credit redemption and confirm the booking success state.
If that does not work
If a credit or confirmation is missing, check Account & Billing or contact the front desk before paying again.
When is my booking confirmed?
booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed when checkout or credit redemption succeeds and the booking success state appears. Check the confirmation email and Upcoming sessions in Account & Billing for the session details. If a session is somewhere other than the EP4 facility, the confirmation includes the venue and a directions link. A selected or held time is not yet confirmed.
Follow these steps
- 1Complete checkout or eligible credit redemption.
- 2Wait for the booking success state.
- 3Check the confirmation email and Upcoming sessions in Account & Billing.
If that does not work
If payment appears complete but the reservation is missing, contact the front desk before purchasing again.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
reschedule cancellation
Open Account & Billing, find the session under Upcoming sessions and tap Change or cancel (lessons, rentals and Prospect Program classes). You can also ask the chat to move or cancel a session and it shows the same buttons. Change time moves it to another open time; Cancel shows what comes back before you confirm: a membership or package credit returns as a credit, and money paid goes to your EP4 wallet for your next booking (not back to the card). This works online more than 24 hours before the session. Inside that window, call the front desk at (917) 804-8403.
Follow these steps
- 1Open Account & Billing and find the session under Upcoming sessions, or ask the chat to move or cancel it.
- 2Tap Change or cancel, then Change time to pick a new open time and tap Move.
- 3Or tap Cancel: check what comes back (credit, or money to your EP4 wallet) and confirm.
- 4Inside 24 hours of the session, call the front desk instead.
If that does not work
Change or cancel does not show for past sessions or unpaid holds. Card refunds are a front desk decision; online cancels return money to your EP4 wallet.
Where do I see the terms before I buy?
Booking / Cancellations
Every service page has its own Terms & Policies. The waiver, facility policies, and any plan-specific terms (like package expiration or membership rules) are shown before checkout, and you confirm them as part of the purchase.
What does it mean when my slot is "held"?
Booking / Cancellations
When you pick a specific time for a cage, an evaluation, or a lesson, that slot is held for you for 20 minutes while you complete payment. Nobody else can take it during that window, and if you do not finish checking out the hold releases on its own and you are not charged. Camps and Prospect Program classes work differently: a place there is confirmed when payment completes, not while you are checking out, so finish checkout promptly for a session filling up.

Player Development Portal
What is the member portal?
Player Development Portal
The training portal brings an athlete’s available progress, metrics, coach messages, and assigned work together. Access depends on the linked athlete and active plan: a package-only athlete may log metrics without workout access.
Member loginCan parents see what their athlete is doing?
Player Development Portal
Yes, that is the point. Everything your athlete does is visible to you: progress, metrics, completed workouts, and coach communication, all in one place.
Evaluations
What happens in an evaluation?
Evaluations
The athlete gets measured on velocity, exit velocity and mechanics, and leaves with a plan. Evaluations are how EP4 decides what an athlete actually needs before training starts.
Book an evaluationIs an evaluation the right first step?
Evaluations
If you are not sure where to start, book the free consultation call first. We will map the right path for your athlete, no pressure, no cost. If you are ready to get measured, book the evaluation directly.
Book the free callPayments / Card on File
How do payments work?
Payments / Card on File
All payments run through secure online checkout, which takes Apple Pay and all major cards. A receipt is emailed to you automatically after every purchase.
Is my card charged automatically for a membership?
Payments / Card on File
Recurring memberships bill the card used at checkout automatically each period until the membership is canceled. Commitment plans (6 / 12 months) follow the signed agreement.
Who do I talk to about a charge?
Payments / Card on File
Contact the front desk at (917) 804-8403 or [email protected] and we will look at it with you.
Parent & Athlete Accounts
Who creates the account, the parent or the athlete?
Parent & Athlete Accounts
For any athlete under 18, a parent or legal guardian creates the account, provides consent, and manages bookings. Your family account holds every athlete in the household.
Member loginDo athletes get their own login?
athlete login
Yes. A parent can invite an athlete from Account & Billing. That athlete sets a password and signs in at Member login with their own email, or uses a family email and Kid-mode PIN if set up. A coach roster Athlete portal account uses the separate Athlete portal login. Athlete views show their training without family billing.
Follow these steps
- 1Parents open Account & Billing and find Athlete access.
- 2Invite the athlete to set a password or set up Kid-mode PIN.
- 3The invited athlete uses Member login. A coach roster portal account uses Athlete portal.
If that does not work
If the athlete cannot sign in, check the invite or ask the front desk which account is linked.
I have more than one athlete. Who is the session for?
Parent & Athlete Accounts
When you book from a family account you choose which athlete the session is for, so each athlete’s training history and progress stay their own.
Do we need to sign a waiver?
Parent & Athlete Accounts
Yes. Every athlete (or their parent/guardian) signs the EP4 Liability Waiver & Policies before participating. It is presented during booking and available any time on the policy page.

It is your home base at EP4: one place for booking, your athlete’s training plan, their progress, coach messages, and your billing. Sign in with the email you used to create the account and everything for your household is on one screen.
Open my Family HubHow do I find and complete today’s workout?
workouts
Select the athlete in Family Hub and open Workouts. Choose Today and the assigned workout, then select Start workout. The athlete logs actual sets, completes the steps, and selects Finish to check the workout summary. Other dates are previews. Workout access depends on the athlete’s plan.

- 1Select the athlete, open Workouts, and choose Today.
- 2Select Start workout on the assigned card.
- 3Log actual sets and complete each step.
- 4Select Finish and check the summary.
If that does not work

How do I see my athlete’s progress?
kpi progress metrics
Select the athlete in Family Hub and open KPIs & Path. Read each measurement with its date and unit, then review available history or a report shared by the coach. Available benchmarks show a comparison for the displayed age band. If readings are absent, ask the coach when the first measurement will be available.
Follow these steps
- 1Select the athlete in Family Hub.
- 2Open KPIs & Path.
- 3Read a measurement with its date and unit, then review available history.
If that does not work

What is the Messages hub for?
Your Family Hub
A direct line to your athlete’s coaches, and where coach updates arrive. It keeps training conversations in one place instead of scattered across texts.
What is the Booking hub for?
Your Family Hub
It opens the booking page, where you can book cages, evaluations, lessons, camps and everything else EP4 runs. If you hold credits that cover what you are booking, they are offered at checkout.
Book a sessionWhat is Account & Billing for?
Your Family Hub
Your membership, your credits, the card on file, past payments, and the athletes on your account. Parents see this; athlete logins never do.
Account & BillingWhy do some families see a Travel Team hub?
Your Family Hub
It appears only when your athlete is rostered on an EP4 travel team. It carries that team’s stats, schedule, lineup and announcements.
Why do Workouts, KPIs or Nutrition say locked or need setup?
hub access
Choose the correct athlete and read the tile’s message. Training access depends on the athlete link, plan, and account status. An eligible package may allow metrics even when workouts are unavailable. Check Account & Billing for payment or plan issues; if setup is offered, follow the onboarding link. If the athlete is still not connected, call the front desk at (917) 804-8403. Booking and Account & Billing remain open.
Follow these steps
- 1Select the correct athlete and read the locked tile.
- 2Check Account & Billing for plan and payment status.
- 3Follow the setup link if offered, or contact the front desk to connect the athlete.
If that does not work
Package-only access can include metrics without workouts. Ask staff to confirm the specific entitlement.
Can my athlete log in themselves?
Your Family Hub
Yes. Invite them from Account & Billing under your athletes, and they get their own login for workouts, progress and coach messages. Athlete logins never show prices, billing or payment status.
We have more than one athlete. How does the hub handle that?
Your Family Hub
Every athlete in the household sits on the one family account, and you switch between them inside the hub. Each athlete keeps their own plan, metrics and history.
