Who this is for

For players aiming to play college baseball.

  • High school players, freshman through senior year, who want to play in college and will do the work
  • Pitchers and position players at every level. Division I is one lane, not the only one
  • Families who want a plan and a person to call, not another portal login
How EP4 helps

Five things we do with your family.

01

Athletic and academic assessment

  • Showcase-style evaluation with TrackMan, HitTrax, radar and lasers
  • Honest feedback on where the athlete stands today
  • GPA, coursework and SAT, ACT or test-optional plans checked against college and NCAA eligibility requirements

02

School targeting and fit

  • A personal school list: dream, fit and backup
  • Matched to academics, athletic level and budget
  • The best school for this athlete, not the biggest logo

03

Recruiting video and exposure planning

  • Highlight video filmed and edited at EP4 or a permitted field
  • Verified metrics next to the video, so coaches keep watching
  • Showcase and tournament guidance so no weekend is wasted

04

Coach outreach and communication support

  • Email and message templates written for college coaches
  • Personal outreach from EP4 staff on the athlete’s behalf
  • Help preparing for calls, visits and follow-ups

05

Ongoing advising and progress reviews

  • Regular progress reviews with the recruiting staff
  • Coach responses and school interest tracked in one place
  • Video, list and plan updated as the athlete develops
Pitchers and position players

Built around the athlete’s position.

Pitchers

  • Velocity, spin and command measured on TrackMan
  • Bullpen video from the angles coaches ask for
  • A development plan aimed at the numbers the target levels expect

Position players

  • Exit velocity, bat speed and throwing velocity measured on HitTrax, radar and lasers
  • Defense, arm and at-bat video by position
  • A development plan aimed at the numbers the target levels expect
D1, D2, D3, JUCO and NAIA

Every level is a real option.

Most college baseball is played outside Division I, and a lot of great careers and degrees happen there. Athletic aid is different at each level, so the right list starts with knowing how each one works.

NCAA Division I
The most competitive level with the fewest roster spots. Athletic aid exists, and in baseball it is often a partial award.
NCAA Division II
Strong baseball with athletic aid available, often partial and combined with academic aid.
NCAA Division III
Competitive baseball with no athletic scholarships. Aid comes from academic merit and financial need.
NAIA
Its own association with its own eligibility rules. Many programs can offer athletic aid.
Junior college (JUCO)
Two-year programs and a proven route to develop and move on to a four-year school. Aid depends on the division the program plays in.

Whether aid is offered, and how much, is always the school’s decision.

How it works

Four steps. One clear plan.

  1. Step 1: Evaluate

We measure where the athlete stands today, athletically and academically, and tell you honestly which levels look realistic.

  2. Step 2: Build the Plan

A target school list across the right levels, the showcases worth attending, and a timeline built around the grad year.

  3. Step 3: Prepare and Connect

Video and verified metrics packaged the way coaches want them, then outreach to the programs on the list.

  4. Step 4: Review Next Steps

We review progress with your family, track which coaches respond, and adjust the list and the plan as the athlete grows.

The first call is 15 minutes with EP4’s recruiting coordinator. A parent and the athlete on the same call is best, but either one is fine.

Proof, not promises

Real athletes. Real schools. Measured gains.

Every card is an EP4 athlete, the college they committed to or the level they reached, and the numbers we measured along the way. The commitment is the athlete’s; the training behind it happened here. Ask us about any of them on the call.

Straight answers

What families ask us first.

How much does the College Recruiting service cost?

We go over it on the call, after we know the athlete’s grad year, level and what they actually need. Nobody gets a number before we know what is behind it.

Do you guarantee a scholarship or a roster spot?

No. Nobody honest can. What we control is the work: the evaluation, the list, the video, the outreach and the follow-up. You are in charge of your future, it all depends on the hard work you put in.

My athlete is not a Division I player. Is this still for us?

Yes. Division II, Division III, NAIA and junior college programs are where most college baseball is played. Finding the right fit is the whole job.

Do you work with pitchers and position players?

Both. Pitchers are measured on TrackMan; hitters and fielders on HitTrax, radar and lasers. The video, the list and the outreach are built around the athlete’s position.

When should we start?

Earlier is easier. Freshman or sophomore year gives time to build the numbers and the list. A junior or senior can still find the right fit, so book the call and we will tell you honestly what the timeline allows.

What do we need to prepare for the call?

Nothing. No transcripts, no forms. If you have a GPA, a position and any measured numbers, have them handy. If you do not, that is exactly what the evaluation is for.

What we can and cannot promise

Admissions, roster spots and scholarships are never guaranteed, by us or by anyone honest. What you get is honest feedback, a plan your family understands, and people in your corner. You are in charge of your future, it all depends on the hard work you put in.
