12-month commitment

This is a 12-month membership at a discounted monthly rate. If you cancel before the 12 months are up, you agree to pay the difference between this rate and the standard month-to-month rate ($900.00/mo) for every month you attended — $250.00 per month attended. Unpaid balances may be referred to collections.
